Terms of Service
This agreement describes the terms of use of the WriRead service — the mobile app and the website. By registering or using the service, you accept these terms.
1. General
The WriRead service (“Service”) lets users publish, read and discuss literary works, create covers and trailers in AI Studio and obtain certificates of authorship.
The agreement takes effect when you start using the Service. If you do not agree with the terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Account
An account is required to publish works. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for all actions taken under your account.
One person — one account. Accounts created for spam, artificial engagement or evading bans may be deleted.
3. Content and copyright
All rights to the works remain with the author. By publishing a text, you allow the Service to show it to other users, create covers and trailers for it and display it in the feed and search results.
You may publish only your own works or works you hold the rights to. Copyright infringement is grounds for removing a record.
4. Rules of conduct
Insults, threats, discrimination, spam and advertising without the Service’s consent are prohibited in comments and messages. Offenders may be blocked and their content hidden.
A complaint about a record or a user can be sent from the app; moderation reviews it within a reasonable time.
5. AI Studio and certificates
Covers and trailers are generated automatically from the text of the work. You may use the result to promote your works inside and outside the Service.
The certificate of authorship records the date and time the work was created in the Service and the record identifier. The certificate does not replace state registration of rights.
6. Liability
The Service is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep it stable, but we do not guarantee the absence of interruptions and errors.
The Service is not responsible for the content of works published by users.
7. Changes
We may update the agreement. We will announce significant changes in the app or by email at least 7 days before they take effect.
